Accommodation Policy

  1. RESERVATION CONDITIONS

1.1.
You can make a reservation for Hotel Jeravi in one of the following ways:

  • visit the hotel.

1.2.
Once we have received and processed your request, we will contact you to confirm the availability of your accommodation.

1.3.
You will receive an email confirming your reservation. It will include the type and number of rooms reserved, the check-in and check-out dates, the number of adults and children specified in the booking request, the type of board, and the amount due.

1.4.
Upon our confirmation, a security deposit of 30 (thirty)% of the total amount of the reservation is required and must be paid within 7 (seven) days of the date of the reservation. The balance must be paid 20 days before check-in. If you have less than 20 days until your check-in date, you must pay the full amount.

If you wish to cancel a booking for which a security deposit has been paid, the cancellation penalties described below in the cancellation policy will apply.

1.5.
When a deposit is requested in advance, your booking is valid but is only considered CONFIRMED once the specified payment for the specific request has been made and confirmation of payment received has been received via e-mail.

1.6.
In the event of non-payment within the described time limit, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

  1. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

2.1.
Cancellation of your reservation can be made in one of the following ways:

  • inform us through contact form on our website.

2.2.
In the event of cancellation of a confirmed booking up to 20 (twenty) days prior to arrival, the client shall not be liable for a cancellation penalty, except in the case of bookings made under special holiday packages, in which booking and cancellation deadlines are further described.

2.3.
In the event of cancellation less than 20 /twenty/ days prior to arrival, you will be liable for a penalty equaling the amount of the first night of your stay and the balance of your deposit will be refunded.

2.4.
In the event of cancellation less than seven (7) days prior to check-in or in the event of no-show on the day of check-in, the amount paid in advance for your reservation will not be refunded and the reservation will be deemed cancelled.

2.5.
Hotel Jeravi reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in the event of force majeure and other reasons beyond the Hotel’s control.

In these cases, the hotelier:

  • Offers the client accommodation for another period, keeping the same conditions and prices.
  • Refund the deposit paid by the client within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of a written request for this from the tourist, without penalty to the latter.
  1. ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS

3.1.
Check-in and check-out times:

  • Check-in every day after 15:00.
  • Check-out until 11:00.

3.2.
In case of late check-out, each hour of late check-out will be charged at the rate of the late check-out policy established at the hotel reception.

Reservations will be held until 24:00 on the respective day of arrival.

3.3.
Pets are not accommodated

3.4.
Check-in at the hotel is completed by presenting identification documents. The data provided by you is protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the regulations governing the protection of information and is processed only in connection with the implementation of the established requirements of the Tourism Act. Please familiarise yourself with the POLICY FOR THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA OF CUSTOMERS OF AS HOTELI EOOD (section “Privacy Policy”).

  1. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

5.1.
Hotel Jeravi undertakes to provide the customer with the services requested and paid for in full.

5.2.
Hotel Jeravi undertakes not to change the price of the services requested by the client, except in exceptional cases where this is economically justified.

5.3.
Hotel Jeravi is not liable for damages caused by the actions of third parties.

5.4.
All claims regarding the quality of the services paid for must be made by the customer on-site at the hotel to correct any deficiencies. The claim must be in writing. If the claims are not satisfied, the customer must request a report from a responsible person. The hotel management will provide the customer with an official statement of the problem within 20 (twenty) working days of receiving the report

5.5.
No refunds will be made for services requested but not used in full or in part due to the fault of the client.

5.6.
All prices announced on the website of Hotel Jeravi, as well as in the hotel’s e-mails sent to the client, are in Bulgarian leva including VAT and tourist tax. In some cases they may be linked to other offers, promotions and conditions. If you need further information about our offers, our team is at your disposal.

5.7.
The cost of additional services is not automatically calculated in the final price and must be paid separately at the hotel.

5.8.
The hotel is not responsible for lost, forgotten or stolen items from the rooms, stored outside the personal safe in the rooms, restaurants or spa, or for damage caused by third parties.

5.9.
The Customer accepts the responsibility to observe generally accepted standards of good conduct during his/her stay at the Hotel. All costs for material damages caused to the hotel are the responsibility of the customer.

5.10.
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms of Hotel Jeravi, according to the provisions of national law. Therefore, in case of non-compliance, the Hotel reserves the right to impose, without prior notice, a charge of 150.00 BGN.

5.11.
Clients using the services of Hotel Jeravi must be adults according to Bulgarian law /over 18 (eighteen) years of age/. Children are allowed only if accompanied by their parents or other legal representatives. Clients are obliged not to leave their children unattended on the hotel premises.

5.12.
Hotel Jeravi reserves the right to change the information on this page and the Terms and Conditions at any time. Whilst every effort is made to provide true and accurate information, this cannot always be guaranteed.

5.13.
When a customer makes a booking they are deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Bookings accepted by telephone, email or via our website are deemed to be an emerging contractual relationship. Payment made is deemed to be acceptance of the Hotel Terms and Conditions.

5.14.
In all disputes and legal matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy and arising in connection with the use of the www.jeraviprimorsko.com website, the statutory binding provisions in the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.
